CHTN.XP experiences operate with limited capacity, advance bookings, and professional staffing. Late cancellations materially impact operations and costs.

How to cancel

A cancellation is only effective once received in writing by email at: contact@agencechaiten.com.

Cancellation policy

Unless otherwise stated in your written confirmation, the following applies:

• More than 60 days before the start date: the deposit is retained or converted to a credit (at the Organizer’s discretion).

• 60 to 30 days before the start date: 50% of the total price is due (or retained if already paid).

• 29 to 15 days before the start date: 75% of the total price is due (or retained if already paid).

• 14 days or less before the start date / no-show: 100% of the total price is due (or retained if already paid).
